Risk of Loss
All items purchased from and delivered by LCE, Inc. are fulfilled pursuant to an agreement contract between LCE, Inc. and our internet provider. This means that while we constantly strive to achieve on-time and timely delivery of our Portable Document Format (PDF) documents to our customers, occasional internet service outages do occur. Such outages are force majure events. LCE, Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages, monetary or otherwise, directly resulting from any force majure event.
